Membership Levels

Family – Includes voting rights for 2 persons, 2 cards issued, 1 subscription to Blues Notes, discounts at participating partners and email updates.

Band - Includes voting rights for 2 persons, cards issued to each band member, 1 subscription to Blues Notes, discounts at participating partners, email updates. Band Memberships also receive a listing on DBS website (with live links) and in Blues Notes under “Member Bands”.

Corporate Sponsorship - Includes membership card and voting rights for one member; discounts at eligible participating partners; banner ad on website; bi-monthly Blues Notes subscription and per issue listing for one year; email updates.

Individual Sponsorship – Includes membership card and voting rights for one member; discounts at eligible participating partners; clickable banner ad on website; bi-monthly Blues Notes subscription and per issue listing for one year; email updates.
